- Spring Greens
- Green Peppers
- Green Onions
- Dried Cranberries
- Northern Prairie Chevre's Feta
- Grape Tomatoes
- Sliced Almonds
Display the greens on a large platter; clean and thinly slice the green pepper and green onionsand place on top of the greens, top with remaining ingredients. Top with your choice of salad dressing (we used Balsamic Vinegrette). Makes a wonderful, attractive summer salad. Serve with artisan breads.
