Our chevre is smooth, rich, and creamy - a true delicacy that begs for a warm, crusty French baguette and a glass of robust red wine. Caprine Farmhouse is our own recipe. A slightly sharp cheese for slicing. It has a rich, unique flavor reminiscent of Romano. It is great for sandwiches or crumbled over pasta.
