Chevre comes in many sizes and shapes, their textures vary from soft, but firm like cream cheese to extremely hard. Our chevre is smooth, rich, and creamy - a true delicacy that begs for a warm, crusty French baguette and a glass of robust red wine. We offer it in a variety of flavors, each flavored with our own organic herbs.

Crottins are fresh Chevre, shaped into 3 ounce discs perfect for serving with crackers or Artisan breads. Choices include:

Caprine Farmhouse is our own recipe. A slightly sharp cheese for slicing. It has a rich, unique flavor reminiscent of Romano. It is great for sandwiches or crumbled over pasta.

Seyval Blanc. This quietly sophisticated Seyval Blanc is a traditional dry white wine. Fermented and then aged for 10 months in oak barrels, this wine has aromas of vanilla and tastes of butter with toasty oak undertones. For a delicious pairing, try it with goat cheese, chicken or fish.
